The Southeast Acquirers’ Association is an excellent venue for Exhibitors to share their knowledge and sell their products and services with the feet-on-the-street sales representatives. SEAA limits the number of Exhibit tables to a maximum of 96 to allow our Attendees ample opportunity to view every display in the Exhibit Hall.
An Exhibitor (Vendor) is defined as any person or company that solicits another SEAA participant to sell their product. Due to space limitations, both “table-top” and “roaming” exhibitors will be present at the conference. Exhibitors can be identified by the color of their name badge. Only Exhibitors may solicit business while the conference is in session.
All Exhibitors must be registered and paid before participating in the conference. Any person or company that has attended a previous SEAA Conference as an Exhibitor will be recognized as an Exhibitor for the current and future events. Any person or company recognized as an Exhibitor may not register as an Attendee.
Historically, Exhibit tables sell out well in advance of the Conference. We encourage you to register as early as possible to ensure your organization has a table at our next event.
The cost of an Exhibit Table is $2,900 and includes two exhibitor passes. Additional passes are $300 each.

Table assignments are made after registration is closed based on the level of sponsorship, past participation and time of registration. SEAA continually works to ensure competitors are appropriately spaced throughout the exhibit hall.
EACH BOOTH INCLUDES:
2 Conference Passes, additional passes may be purchased at $300 each
6 ft. x 30 in. table. All display material must fit on the tabletop and should not be too tall.
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:
Exhibitors must register online and receive confirmation before they will be ensured a table. If you are paying by check, your check must be received within 10 days to complete your registration.
Exhibitors are responsible for shipping packages to and from the hotel. The SEAA will provide shipping instructions and personnel to assist with delivering packages to the hotel conference area.
Exhibitors are welcome to set up events outside the conference schedule but must get approval from the SEAA Board in advance. You may send your request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All Exhibitors are required to keep display materials up until the end of the conference.
Please do not leave expensive items in the Exhibit Hall and make sure to carry the proper insurance
