Audrey Blackmon, co-founder of the Southeast Acquirers’ and serves as a Board Member.   Audrey has more than 20 years in the payments industry with organizations such as First Data, Vantiv, POS Portal and others.  Audrey is currently with Blackhawk Network.   Married with 2 adult children, Audrey resides in CA.   Audrey serves as a Child Advocate and volunteers with several community organizations.





serves as the current President and  a Board Member. Martin was selected to serve as a SEAA Advisory Board in 2006. Martin has over 12 years of sales management experience in the Electronic Payments industry. Martin currently works as the Vice President of Business Development for USA ePay.






is a Founder and serves as an Honorary Board Member. Judy has been in the payments industry since 1990 selling merchant processing services to Atlanta based merchants. In 1998  Judy changed her career path and began selling hardware to ISO’s and FI’s.  She has sold for several global hardware companies and is currently sells for the largest hardware manufacture in the world…Ingenico. She is single, and very career oriented. Founded the SEAA with fellow Board Members, John McCormick and Audrey Blackmon, and was founding President for the first 3 years.  Active volunteer for Children in Crisis, a shelter that takes in abused and neglected children, and Feline Friends of Destin… a no kill cat shelter.





has been serving as a Board Member since 2006. Dee has been in the payments industry since 1997.  His path into this industry started by selling as an agent for various ISOs.  In 2000, Dee took the leap into starting his own ISO, Impact PaySystem.  Impact PaySystem, focuses in niche markets, including petroleum, lodging and restaurants. Dee and his wife Emily have 3 girls, Leena, Maya, and Morgan. Greatest accomplishment….  My daughters, Climbing Kilimanjaro (with fellow Board Member, John McCormick), and start Impact family of businesses…

is a Founder and serves as a Board Member. I spent 3 years with Arthur Andersen & Co. before returning to law school and joining General Credit Forms.  Active with General Credit Forms since 1995, I have spent my time working on marketing and sales strategies with GCF, as well as assisting with the acquisitions of the McCormick Portfolio of Businesses. Married, to Stephane. His greatest acheivement is not killing Dee Karawadra while on the side of Kilimanjaro with him in January 2013.






serves as Board Member.  Claudia Started in the industry in 1985 with Landmark Bank, moved to Ohio to start a merchant sales team for The Huntington Bank, next onto Gensar , followed by Chase Paymentech.  In 2006, decided to start MeritCard Solutions.  Greatest business decision of my life. Married to Steven Zane.  We have two grown daughters Sarah (Tom) Kincaid and Katherine.  And a very spoiled standard poodle; Jameson. Greatest accomplishment….  My daughters, starting MeritCard ; a completing the Dublin City Marathon. Derek has worked for organizations such as NPC, Comdata, Bank of America and Payment Alliance and held positions such as Director of Revenue and ISO Relations, Director of Relationship Management and Sales Support and Director of Portfolio Management

Andie has been in the payment solutions business since late 2003. In April 2011, she joined the NPC/Vantiv family. Andie is responsible for identifying and implementing sales opportunities within the company. Previously focused on the NPC ISO channel, Andie currently works with multiple partner channels within Vantiv to drive and implement business sales strategies. Prior to joining the Vantiv team, she served as a Regional Business Director at First Data. A die hard LSU Tiger fan, Andie and her husband have 2 children and live outside of Baton Rouge Louisiana. Along with being a past President’s Club recipient, Andie is a Certified Payments Professional, and holds membership in the Electronic Transaction Association, Vantiv Womens Business Network,, Women Networking in Electronic Transactions. She is also a current member of the Greensheet Advisory Board.



serves on the Advisory Committee. Dottie is currently a Client Executive at Cynergy Data. Dottie has over 28 years of consultative sales and operations management experience in the Electronic Payments industry.



Jamie has been in the payments industry since 1995.  Her path into this industry started by working part-time, while in college, at a call center for private label credit cards, and doing credit line increases for Discover card.  In 1997,  Jamie came over to the acquiring side and went to work for NOVA (now Elavon).   From there she has worked in Account Management, Sales and Recruiting for various top processors and ISOs such as Global Payments, Comdata, FNBO/TSYS, TNS and Transfirst, to name a few.



Terry has been in the Payments industry since 1993. Terry began her career as a sales representative for Aurora Merchant Systems, selling credit card equipment and terminal repair services to ISOs and banks across the United States.  In 2000 she became Director of Sales and a founding member of POS Portal, selling contract deployment services and a software management solutions to some of the industry’s largest acquirers. In 2011, Terry joined St. Louis based processor, Clearent as VP Business Development and she continues to work with ISO and agent offices nationwide. Terry and wife Kelle live in Sacramento, CA.  Terry’s son, Austin (her pride and joy) attends college in WA state. Terry enjoys spending time with her family and friends, weekend getaways to Napa/Sonoma or the Sierras and travel to other parts of the world when time permits.



Leah joined CoCard in 2006, starting as an administrative assistant and helping with sales support.  She worked to increase her knowledge of the processors and procedures and eventually took over the training and support of new offices and assists with recruiting efforts for her company. Leah and her husband Todd live in Fayetteville, AR.



Jill has been counseling ISOs, Software companies, gateway companies, card brands and other payment system businesses for 9 years.  She is passionate about her clients and their success. Jill and her husband Mike and daughter Kate live in Canton, Michigan.
