Board of Directors

Audrey Blackmon, 2008 President elect, is one of the founders of the Southeast Acquirers' Association. Audrey has 20+ years of sales management experience including over 12 years in the electronic payments industry. Audrey currently is the Director of Client Service at TASQ.

Martin Drake, Newest board member of the Southeast Acquirer's Association. Martin was selected to serve as a SEAA Advisory Board in 2006. Martin has over 10 years of sales management experience in the Electronic Payments industry. Martin currently works as the Director of Business Development for Global Payments.

Dee Karawadra, Dee previously served on the Advisory Board. Dee has over 15 years of executive management experience, of which 9 are in the payment processing business. Dee is currently the founder, Chief Executive Officer and President of Impact PaySystem.

John McCormick, Past President, one of the founders of the Southeast Acquirers' Association, long-suffering Cubs fan. John has spent 39 years waiting for a World Series, concurrently spending the past 12 years in the payments industry. John currently is the Vice President of General Credit Forms, Inc.

Claudia Zane, Vice President, Claudia was selected to serve as a SEAA Board Member in 2003. Claudia has over 20 years of sales management experience in the Electronic Payments industry in both the Financial institution and ISO Channels. Claudia is a founder and principal of MeritCard Solutions LLC.

Advisory Board

Elbert Enrique, Advisory Board Member since 2006. Elbert has over 12 years sales and management expertise in the Electronic Payments industry. Concentrated in the MLS, ISO and Financial Institution sales Channels. Elbert is a Co-founder and Managing Partner of Majestic Bancard LLC. 800-545-6810.

Dottie Ford, Has pursued her passion for payments since 1985 through key sales and service roles in both front-line and leadership positions. A seasoned advocate of the ISO value proposition, Dottie is currently Vice President of Operations for Signapay, LTD.

Terry Sheff, is the newest member to the Southeast Acquirer’s Association Advisory Committee. Terry comes to us with over 20 years of sales and management experience in the Electronic Payments Processing industry. She has extensive experience in the Acquiring, ISO, MSL, Manufacturing and Banking Industries Terry is currently Program Manager for Ingenico, Inc.

Derek Vowels, is the Director of Revenue and Inside Sales for Comdata Processing Systems. His teams are responsible for our revenue/pricing strategy, monthly reporting and commission payouts for sales. CPS has recently added the Inside Sales department under Derek’s direction as part of CPS’s sales strategy to work with merchants over the phone to establish card processing capabilities. Derek joined the CPS organization in January 2007 and has over 10 years experience in the acquiring industry and various positions with companies like Financial Alliance, NPC and ABN AMRO Merchant Services.
