John McCormick, is a Founder and serves as a Board Member. John has spent 39 years waiting for a World Series, concurrently spending the past 12 years in the payments industry. John currently is the Vice President of General Credit Forms, Inc.

Claudia Zane, serves as the current President and Board Member. Claudia was selected to serve as a SEAA Board Member in 2003. Claudia has over 20 years of sales management experience in the Electronic Payments industry in both the Financial institution and ISO Channels. Claudia is a founder and principal of MeritCard Solutions LLC.

Laura Edgar, began serving on the Advisory Committee in 2011. Laura is the National Sales Director for Total Merchant Services.

Elbert Enrique, has served on he Advisory Committee since 2006. Elbert has over 12 years sales and management expertise in the Electronic Payments industry. Angela Norviel, serves on the Advisory Committee. Angela comes to us with more than 15 years of industry experience working for Discover Financial Services in its Discover Network business unit. She has held positions at Discover in merchant operations, operations training and sales. She currently is a relationship manager on the acquiring team and is responsible for assisting acquirers in the transition to Discover's acquiring program.
